AVIV Governing Board Recognition Awards

Nathine and Greg received the AVIV Governing Board Recognition Award at the April 19th AVIV Shabbat service.
Nathine and Greg were honored for representing AVIV and for their expert moderation of two showings of the film, Melting Away, during the recent Greater Phoenix Jewish Film Festival.  Many of the film goers remained for the follow-up discussion.
Due to high level of audience participation at these two showings, the Greater Phoenix Jewish Film Festival has asked AVIV to recommend a film to be shown during next year’s film festival.
